Avondale is a Victorian terrace house built in 1894 situated on the sea front; we are within easy walking distance of town, pier and harbour.

Avondale is the oldest established guest house in Southwold. We have a lovely view of the sea, beach and Southwold pier. We have seven bedrooms, four of which have sea views with two back bedrooms and a ground floor bedroom. 		  Avondale
