Is situated on the second floor. It has a wonderful sea view
and a small balcony. It is a double or twin bedded room with en suite which
consists of shower, toilet and wash hand basin.

Is situated on the
second floor next to Room 1 with a wonderful sea view. It is a double or
twin bedded room with a shower and sink and it has its own bathroom just
across the corridor with a toilet and a second shower.

Room 3
Is situated
on the second floor opposite Room 1. It is a very quiet room with views
to the rear of the house. The room has a double four - poster bed with
en suite.

Room 4
Is situated on the first floor. It has lovely views of
Southwold Pier and Sole Bay. This room has a small double bed with a shower
and wash hand basin and a private toilet across the corridor. We can offer
this room for single occupancy.

Room 5
Is situated next to Room 4 on the
first floor. This room is our most popular as it has a large bay window
with wonderful view of the sea and pier. This room has a pine double four
- poster bed with en suite.

Is situated next to Room 5 on the
first floor. This is a large back room with a view of the rear of the house
and is a very quiet room. It has a double four - poster bed and is en suite.
